Our Dance Xpress classes offer a great variety of trendy dance styles to suit all ages and popular tastes and satisfy your needs whether you’re looking for dance skills, social and recreational pursuit, gentle or vigorous exercise.
Classes vary from term to term but may include Urban Dance Xpress (Hip Hop /Funk/Street dances), Classics Dance Xpress (jazz, funk, latin), Pumped Dance Xpress (similar to zumba but with more variety) Jazz Dance Xpress (jazz /cabaret) and more.
