Following beginners classes and for those that have done some Ballroom and Latin dance classes elsewhere, we offer continuing classes from intermediate to advanced levels of dancing, with increasingly complex steps, flash moves and coaching and practice to develop your dance repertoire, technique, style and skill.
We teach the following dances on an ongoing rotating system:
Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Salsa, Argentine Tango
We hold occasional classes for other dances which may include: Rock’n’Roll , Le Roc (modern Jive), and selected New Vogue dances.
The aim of our classes is to teach you the most popular partnered dances so that you can, even with minimal skills, get up and join in the dancing just about anywhere you may go out socially.
We structure each class to ensure the following four points are embraced;
1. The class should be uplifting – laughter should be expected
2. New steps or a new combination of steps is taught
3. Some exercise or practice done to increase proficiency
4. Some exercise done to increase style and/or technique
Our philosophy is that it is far better to dance a few steps and look good and feel good doing them than it is to dance complicated steps and routines and still look awkward or clumsy. Our teachers have lots of simple and delightful tips that help make you look like you are a better dancer than you really are.
In keeping with that philosophy, a portion of our classes always include technique relevant to the dance being taught and you’ll find that your dancing begins to look much more polished after only a few lessons with us.
Each class has adequate teachers so that all students receive some personal attention every lesson and we address all aspects of ballroom and Latin dancing; steps, routines, footwork and technique and often the lessons cover points that are normally only taught in private lessons elsewhere.

Our classes teach Ballroom and Latin dancing for social and recreations purposes and as such you’ll find our group to be friendly and welcoming. Our students range in age from 16 to 70 and they are all there for one reason – to enjoy and share the enjoyment of social dancing.
We do hope you’ll join us:
“We found the teaching to be the best we have come across in our 3 years of dancing. We finally found a dance school where we can have a regular dance teacher who is willing to move on with her students through to the next level of dance whilst providing a happy, safe and fun social environment for us to pursue our dancing. The classes are kept very exciting by providing us with challenging routines and steps which keeps the dancing interesting.”

“I first took beginners classes very reluctantly and only to please my wife. To my great surprise I started to enjoy it and five years later we are still having weekly classes, we go out dancing and people watch us with envy. Ballroom dancing together has put a spark back in our very long marriage and our dancing classes have become a highlight of our week.”
“I’ve danced a few years and was taking lessons at another dance school. At several social dances I attended I noticed some couples who stood out from everyone else because of their lovely relaxed and natural style and smooth steps and this is how I discovered Fandango dance school. My dancing has now improved in leaps and bounds and I’m loving the classes, the teaching style and the results.”
